Is Direct selling a dying art?

Interestingly, more and more people are trying to get out of the direct selling mode. It's getting more and more difficult to get people to direct sales as this profession losing it's glamor.

It was just in the recent past, some 10 to 15 years back when the smart cookies were seen getting into this field as there was money, adrenal rush and lot of glamor associated with this role.

Well, if it's the salesmanship which is making the world go round then how could this art die!!
